November 19, 2003 – Los Angeles, CA – Federal Hill Communications, a leading video on demand (VOD) content solutions provider, has been selected to represent Canadian telecommunication provider TELUS Communications. Federal Hill will facilitate studio negotiations and provide content strategy and consultation services in support of TELUS’ projected launch of residential video-on-demand (VOD) services within western Canada. Federal Hill's content expertise will assist TELUS in providing a complete video-on-demand offering for its subscribers.

Federal Hill will guide TELUS through each stage of the content procurement process. This embodies formulating strategy and implementation, developing and forging relationships with the studios, contract negotiation, content management and administration. Federal Hill will work directly with TELUS on marketing, promoting and effectively positioning content. Ultimately, Federal Hill will assist TELUS in establishing a fully operational programming division.
