The joint venture brings together nCUBE’s video-on-demand (VOD) server and software management platform with Federal Hill’s experience in negotiating with studios for digital Hollywood movies. The combined VOD solution offers an end-to-end VOD offering to help simplify the launch of on-demand services for cable operators, telecommunications providers, and Internet -based platforms. Federal Hill will offer its expertise in the areas of studio negotiations, programming, marketing and content selection.
