March 12, 2003 –-Los Angeles, CA— Federal Hill Communications has been selected by NEOS Interactive Ltd. to oversee the negotiation of Hollywood movies from the top studios for NEOS Interactive’s Video On Demand hospitality deployments. Federal Hill’s relationship with Filmbank Distributors, Ltd., the leading non-theatrical distributor within the U.K. for major studio entities, will provide NEOS with a continuous supply of premium movie content. Additional negotiations are being facilitated with other independent producers. Bethany Gorfine, President, Federal Hill Communications and Tassos Kazinos, CEO, NEOS Interactive Ltd. jointly announced the deal today. Initially, content will be obtained for VOD usage for NEOS Interactive’s top London hotel clients: The Dorchester Park Lane and the Lanesborough Hotel, with the future objective of acquiring and delivering content on a global scale for the high-end hospitality sector.

In addition to this agreement, NEOS Interactive has also licensed content from Federal Hill Communications’ roster of award winning programming. Federal Hill’s diverse library offering for NEOS Interactive includes titles covering “arts and culture,” “discovery and adventure,” “history and civilization” and “wildlife and nature” programming. Other genres represented by Federal Hill include documentaries, biographies, how to, foreign language, comedy, travel, children’s and much more. Federal Hill will also assist NEOS Interactive Ltd. in developing a content strategy to ensure that programming choices are reflective of each hotel’s demographics and consumer viewing preferences, as well as manage contracts and programming availabilities.
