News SaskTel SaskTel Signs Video-on-Demand Agreement With Warner Bros. SaskTel today announced it has entered into a two-year Video-on-Demand (VOD) distribution agreement with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, which will provide current movies such as Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Troy and Catwoman for viewing on SaskTel's Max Front Row Video-on-Demand service. "We are pleased to provide SaskTel's customers access to all our new films," said Jeffrey Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. International Television. It is our hope that the addition of our latest releases will greatly enhance their service offering. We are delighted to be the first VOD service provider in Canada to have secured Warner Bros. as a supplier, said Robert Watson, SaskTel President and CEO. This agreement with Warner Bros. provides SaskTel Max Front Row customers with the most comprehensive video-on-demand library of released movies in Canada. With Max Front Row viewers do not have to watch movies at pre-designated times, unlike traditional pay-per-view services. Customers can also enjoy all the benefits of renting a movie without ever leaving their homes. Movies are accessed through a set-top box and a customer's television for 24 hours and can be viewed as often as desired during that period. In addition, customers have VCR-like control over the movies, including the ability to fast forward, rewind, pause or stop. About SaskTel About Warner Bros. International Television Distribution
